Hey all you interesting people out there, We are Prafful and Tara Agrawal, from the capital New Delhi. Both of us are working as IT professionals and love travelling extensively in our car! We met each other in our college, became best of friends and got married in Dec 2007. Driving is my passion and we are here to fulfill our dream to go around the world on wheels! To exercise this passion the ultimate campanions are our 3 cars , the excellent Toyota Innova, the furious Maruti Swift and the capable Maruti Esteem. "Sky is the limit" as they say. The passion to drive seemed to go beyond the roads and find the tracks in the skies. I simply loved the experience of flying a small plane in USA at NC rotor & Wing flying academy. Following are the places that we have been: National: Mussoorie, Binsar, Kashmir, Ranikhet, Jaipur, Agra, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Jim Corbett, chail. International: USA includes Raleigh - North Carolina, Florida, Orlando, miami, new york, Atlantic City, Washington, Atlanta, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Niagara Falls, FRANCE includes mulhouse and paris and the loveliest MAURITIUS. Since we live in delhi, all the above mentioned national trips were initiated from delhi and were self driven in our own car. Some of the trips were with friends and some of them with family. Our latest trip was to Chail and we simply rejoiced the driving experience in the hills. All we need is our car and a bucket full of leaves from work, and there we go riding our way through all the simplicity and sophistication nature has to offer on the roads! This is just a trailor, the entire movie still has a long way to go. And we cannot complete it without you, and your precious vote! So guys, click on vote and let the movie of world ride begin!! We are the best candidates because...

We simply love going on a never ending drive and the drive for drive goes on and on and on! Prafful is simply an awesome driver and his passion for cars speaks for itself while he is on the go. From cars in India to various cars in US he seems to just click with them all beautifully! List of some of the cars driven in USA: Luxurious Chrysler ASPEN, Fast and furious MUSTANG, Pontiac G6, Pontiac grandam, Jeep liberty, Dodge Caliber, Chrysler town & country, Mazda 6, Wolksvagen Passat, Wolksvagen Jetta,etc. The key point which makes us Best is my PASSION for DRIVING and Tara's passion for PHOTOGRAPHY. We believe that together we will not only win but shall be able to take the standards of this challenge to new levels.

Our Travel Plan

Our plan for drive is going to be a bit different. Rather than covering only our favourite MOUNTAINS, it will have a touch of DESERT. We would want see and show everyone, how diversified is our country. We would prove this world that the best place to not only visit but live whole life is INDIA. We would also like to give message to our fellow citizens to be united always. HERE is our PLAN: We would start by visiting chhatarpur mandir in south delhi to get the blessings of all the gods in heaven. Then to start with we would show you the busy roads of CAPITAL. The excellent INFRASTRUCTURE developed in terms of flyovers, metro and how delhites struggle everyday to reach their workplaces. This brings to our corporate city GURGAON. We will see the city of HIGH RISES stuck with TRAFFIC JAMS. Then we shall take one of the best highways to Jaipur and then reach AJMER. this place is in my trip not only for its deserts but also for KHWAJA SAHEB AJMER SHAREEF DARGAH. At this place there is no difference whether you are a hindu or muslim. After taking the blessings for our remaining trip, we move to our next destination via deserted villages of rajasthan to green villages of punjab. Beautiful YELLOW SUNFLOWERS looking at the sun surely brings a smile on your face. The acres of farmland growing sugarcanes and wheat is definetly worth clicking. This brings us to GOLDEN TEMPLE, AMRITSAR. The serenity and purenes of this place is commendable. From the kind hearted people to the delecious HALWA, everything just relieves all the stress out of you..Now we continue to our favourite geographical locations on earth THE MOUNTAINS. We will take you to the PRADISE on EARTH. The most beautiful valley of KASHMIR. We will show you the spectacular view from the TEAK HOUSE BOAT on DAL LAKE. Not to miss SHAKARACHARYA TEMPLE of srinagar. Here LORD SHIVA blesses you with all the power and energy to win the challenge and reach home safely. Now we continue to magnificient snow covered peaks of LEH (LADAKH). The peaceful valley never tells you what it has gone through while KARGIL war. We are not going to miss the GOMPAS of BUDDHISTS. HEMIS one of the richest GOMPA makes you belive that there are people who strongly believe in buddhism.Now we start moving back and shall take you to the PLANES again. While moving back we make sure we refresh our memories which are never going to fade. We also make sure to take you to the BEST EATERIES which we did not concentrate while onward journey. We shall make you eat at places like HAVELI at JULLANDHAR and KARNAL. We stop at the St Cathedral CHURCH at Connaught Place to thank Jesus Christ for our well being. After looking at the open sky from roof top of our cozy home we tell the stars that "AGAR DUNIYA MEIN KAHIN JANNAT HAI, KAHIN BHAGWAN HAI TO WOH YAHI HAI"

Our Travelogue

Longest drive till date: Raleigh,NC to Niagara Falls,US: This trip was about 850 miles and about 14 hours journey. We took the route through Jew Jersey. It was simply amazing. We took this trip in march 2008. The falls were almost frozen and the roads were covered with snow. International travel experiences by Road: Raleigh, NC to New York: This was my first self driven international road trip. I drove MAZDA 6 to new york. This is about 8 hsr journey for about 500 miles. I loved the highways and scenic cities when we pass through Delaware. After this I have driven several times from NC to NY in different cars like Chrysler TOWN & COUNTRY, CHRYSLER ASPEN and FORD MUSTANG. Raleigh,NC to Orlando,Florida: This trip was with my friends and we drove JEEP LIBERTY. This was about 10 hours drive. As soon as we reached the city, we were sure why it is called entertainment capital of world. We went to Universal studios, islands of adventure, etc. Raleigh,NC to Virginia: This was a short 3.5 hours drive from our place. The best part was Cheesapeake bay bridge tunnel. When you drive you don't believe that road takes you inside the sea and then brings you above it and then again takes you inside. Raleigh,NC to Myrtle Beach,SC: This beach must be the second most happening beach after Miami, I have seen in USA. RALEIGH,NC to MIAMI,FL: This is undobtedly the most happening beach. You have got lots of water sports to do. The road next to beach is used by youngsters for cruising in their modified cars. The cars were great and moreover, the modified silencers just blow up that place. We took NISSAN XTERRA to this place. Indian Travel experiences: Delhi to Kashmir: This was first road trip, however this was not self driven and road trip was only from jammu to kashmir. This is the best road trip in India. Person actuall see the difference before entering the jawahar tunnel and after exiting it. This is the difference between land and paradise. Delhi to Mussoorie: This was my first self driven road trip on a hill station. Delhi to Binsar: This was family trip, self driven. First time I drove for about 12 hours continously with just couple of short breaks. This was a peaceful stay at mahindra resorts. Delhi to Ranikhet: This was my frit self driven trip with my friends. It was in september 2005. Three of us drove to ranikhet and reached in about 16 hours while it was just 10-11 hurs drive. This was due to heavy rainfall and we enjoyed it so much on hilld that we stopped after every 15 mins. It was simply enjoyable. Delhi to Jaipur: This was just a night stay trip. This trip I undertook just to put my new Maruti swift to test. I was able to drive to it at a constant mark of 150 Km/hr. Delhi o Agra: This was also a short trip to taj mahal when it got opened at evening. The worst part of the trip was that we forgot to take camera alsong. Delhi-Amritsar-chandigarh-shimla-delhi: This was also a family trip in dec 2007 just after our marriage. this was also our first trip in excellent toyota Innova. We enjoyed the comfort and stability of the MUV. Delhi to Jim Corbett: This was wild trip to a forest away from busy life of capital. Me, my wife and my brother enjoyed. The fresh air of forest and sound of birds was so refreshing that we got freshed up to get back to our daily routine life. Delhi to Chail: This is our most recent road trip.When we got tired of our busy scedule of IT industry, I planned for a peaceful hill station. When I read about chail, it was perfect destination. This place has vast mountain scenery and nothing else. No shopping malls, infact no place to see.

Cars Cars Cars the only thing that fascinates Prafful , I was with him in his First US trip and his first Long drive from Raleigh, NC to New York,(around 500 miles).
