Sanjay J Sharma & Anjula Sharma

Total Vote(s) : 72 | Total Testimonial(s) : 10

Both Anjula & I are comfortable with each other even in SILENCE………….or when we are actually communicating;….. wherein I listen and she…..er..…communicates. Both of us belong to Himachal; now settled in Delhi. Our families knew each other before, but we got to know each other only after our engagement. Eighteen years hence we are still a love lost couple; aspiring to know more about each other. After Graduation Anjula has done Nursery Teachers Training Course. She is now running her own beauty enhancement parlor and is a hit with her customers now turned friends . I have done my MBA in Marketing from Institute Of Management Technology Ghaziabad, and now have my own business involved in provision of infrastructural solutions by pre-fabricated technology. Our children Parth (Son aged 17 years) & Pankhuri (daughter aged 12 years) are growing into fine young & dynamic persons. In fact it is Parth who is coaxing and encouraging me to take on this expedition.

We are the best candidates because...

Having gone thru the grind of life, we are now settled and more comfortable with our lives. It is now time to expand the horizons, to venture out, to explore, to dare; SO FRIENDS HERE WE ARE. After all how many couples our age would have the will, desire and courage to embark on such a mission. We are showing grit and naturally better than our age group. SO FRIENDS HERE WE ARE. I have always enjoyed driving and Anjula has always enjoyed her side seat driving. Driving it seems come naturally to me; and her side seat remarks and instructions make it far more enjoyable. Together we make a potent combination of beauty and brains, technically capable of succeeding, mentally bent upon succeeding. SO FRIENDS HERE WE ARE.

Our Travelogue

SCARRY On my way from Leh to Nubra valley, I had to cross Khardungla Pass – Highest motorable road in the world at 18000 ft approx. The road was absolutely white with snow; whiteness was almost frightening. We were faced with snow and blizzards. For the first time I experienced Gypsy skidding to make an angle of 90 degrees to the line of driving. That day I understood the meaning of the phrase “ Heart coming to mouth” FUN My trip from Manali to Shimla via Kaza, along Indo-China border was tiring but very enjoyable and fulfilling one. I witnessed awe inspiring vastness of nature, gurgling white rivers threatening to overtake us, Huge water falls almost washing away a tiny looking steel bridge, oxygen sapping Kunjum Pass, Road thru 20 feet high snow craters, a mountain cut into two by pressure of water. A filling experience and a visual treat. Only blemish in our trip from Delhi – Gupt Kashi – Joshi Math – Auli, was that we could not take the route passing thru Chopta reserve Forest, because of land slide between Okhimath and chopta. The route along various tributaries of Ganga, was very pleasing. Delhi – Uttarkasi - Bhatwari and Gangotri was a memorable one and bathing in Gangotri even in May was a shivering experience. FAST TREK Longest single day journey included Travel from Delhi to Ajmer – Sirohi – Gandhidham was extremely tiring. We covered a distance of 1300 Kms in one day. Next day we travelled from Gandhidham to Alang and back. Third day our travel included trip to Maurvi and back. We travelled back to Delhi next day, covering almost 4000 kms in four days. Another day journey included trip from Jaipur to Kota and back to Delhi, covering 900 kms in one day. I have done Delhi – Manali – Solang nala on numerous occasions
