We are Shreyas and Urmi from Pune. We studied law together, and have been best friends for over a decade now. Both of us aspire to be IAS officers and we are giving our best towards achieving our goals. And we are here because we share one thing in common i.e. our love for travelling and we truly believe that our core nature is the inherent spirit of adventure. :)

We are the best candidates because...

We are people who believe in exploring what this world has to offer to the full. Instead of living a life bound to a single place and a monotonous pace, it is the spirit of wanderlust and a passion for adventure that is the basic core of our living spirit. Our joys in life come from experiencing new things and having a new horizon to look forward to each day. And therefore we strongly believe- "Where there is a WHEEL...there is a WAY!!!" :)))

Our Travel Plan

We plan to explore the mountainous region of Ladakh in the Northern Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Because of it's unusual terrain and barren landscape it's sometimes referred to as 'Moonland'. Set high up in the Himalaya's at 3,000 m (9,800 ft) Ladakh is a plateau in the Indus Valley between the Kunlun mountain range in the north and the main Great Himalayas to the south. There are two ways of getting to Leh,Ladhak by Road; one from Manali in Himachal Pradesh in the south, and one from Srinagar in the west. We plan to take any one of the routes which would be safe and feasible depending upon the weather conditions then.
