Well...we''ll keep it as simple as possible. We are a husband wife couple from Delhi, married for a little more than 2 years now.My name is Siddharth and my wife's name is Charanpreet. I had been an avid traveller in my early life, but after our marriage, i found a perfect partner in my wife, who not only shared my passion for travelling and exploration, but also helped me to discover new facets of my personality. I am a businessman by profession, and my wife, who formerly was an air hostess. is working as an aviation trainer with a reputed academy.

We are the best candidates because...

"World is like a book. Those who do not travel, read only a page." CHARAN Says :- Siddharth is a ROAD MAN. I can say this because if it was upto him, he would never use any other mode for transportation, and would go everywhere by road. He absolutely loves his car. And as for the driving skills...trust me...haven't seen a better driver. In the last 5 years he has driven around 2,00,000 kms. SIDDHARTH Says :- They say, "Men don't listen and women can't read maps. The first part of the saying may well be correct, but for my wife, the second part just does not hold true. She is the best navigator you can find, and an equally good driver. She motivates me to explore new places and makes sure not to repeat any destination.

Our Travel Plan

They say ,"THE FUN IS IN THE JOURNEY AND NOT THE DESTINATION ." We plan to undertake a journey which is probably the most beautiful, scenic and picturesque journey in the world. In this journey From Manali to Leh, one has to cross 6 of the world's ten highest passes in the world like Khardung La, Tanglang La, Chang La, Rohtang Pass etc. It is also dotted with some high altitude lakes like The Pangong Lake, Tso Moriri, Surajtal etc. This trip requires serious planning and know-how of the area

Our Travelogue

I had extensively travelled in the Indian Himalayas to places like the Valley Of Flowers, Hemkund Sahib, Badrinath, Rohtang Pass etc. I have been to Leh twice, once before our marriage and once after we got married. On our second trip to Leh, we drove upto the Marsmik La (18634 ft. and only 4 kms from the chinese occupied Aksai Chin). Since then, we've also travelled to Lahaul Spiti which has places like the Khibber Village (highest permanently inhabited village at an altitude of 14500ft), Kaza, the 700years old Dhankar Monastery and the picturesque Chandratal Lake (14500 ft). We've also travelled to the Kashmir Valley and covered a distance of 1000kms, from Srinagar to Delhi, in one go (20 hrs flat), need i say, BY ROAD.

I know Charan n Sid for quite a long time...They both are very adventureous...I wish them all the very best...

mona juneja

i know charan and sid from the last 4 years now and i know for a fact that they are real travellers as i keep hearing their travel stories of ladakh, north east, lakshwadeep and kerala. Once, you know them better, you will find that they have more than 5000 snaps of their adventures. I remember my stay at their place and it took 1 complete night for me to finish looking at their snaps. I may not be able to express in words, you will have vote for them and make them win in order to completely know what i am saying.
