Hello! Bhaskar Tiwari and me (Shevvy Chin) are from Delhi and Hyderabad respectively. He is a HR Professional with Satyam and I am a Grooming Instructor with Kingfisher. We're a fitness conscious couple and share similar lifestyle habits. Probably that's what got us talking and have, over time, come to realise that we share more than 1 common interest. Why choose us? 'Cos you couldn't find a more enthusiastic and adventure loving couple. What's best about us? Our temperaments compliment each other and makes anything that we do, all the more fun and memorable. Adventure you say? We're on it pronto! Whether in India or abroad, travel of any sort is a first love. We recently did a Hyderabad-Pune trip and took turns between ourselves and set a time limit within which we would cover the distance between the two cities ... and we fared rather well! Such trips have only brought out the best in us and have made us realise that we get on excellently and truly deliver as a duo. Wouldn't this make us a natural choice???

Our Travel Plan

Our plan is to keep everything simple: 1. Do extensive homework on townships in and around Mumbai the moment we are shortlisted. This would only make the trip easier as we would be more familiar with landmarks etc. 2. List out family and friends we could include in our various stop overs for those memorable Kodak moments. 3. Irrespective of this being a challenge, what’s important to us is to make the most of every moment on the road: win or lose, this will always remain an important milestone in our relationship always.

Our Travelogue

Bhaskar and me have been on impromptu trips over the weekend to small towns within Andhra Pradesh: Warrangal, Karimnagar, Bhongir and Ghatkesar. The experience was complete only with our visits to the thousand pillar temple, trekking through the ruins of the Bhongir forts and camping out at a friend’s farmhouse at Ghatkesar. As mentioned previously, Pune was our most recent trip, in the month of May. The adventurous streak in us got us to spend a couple of hours at Sholapur, a small township a couple of kilometres before Pune. That turned out to be the highlight of our trip ‘cos of the towns people we met at the market place. Truly memorable! We are at the moment working on an October itenary to South East Asia: Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines and Vietnam. Top most on our list of priorities is a whole load of scuba diving, snorkelling, trekking and of course a not to be missed round up of Thai massages. Our first ever together!

ive known Shevvy and Bhaskar for a year now and i cannot begin to imagine a more deserving couple for this adventure race. I wish them all the best coz there's nothing more that they would like to do than this!!!!
