Veera's passion for travelling is amazing and infectious. I started hiking with him when we were at a same project and I have done most of my hikes and climbs with him. I will specially remember an exciting 1000 mile drive during which we saw extreme weather, had some funny incidents and then did wonderful hike in great Rockies. He always has some extra information about the place, its history and importance which makes the trip even more interesting. Veera and Prachi will make this drive a great experience for anyone who becomes a part of it even by watching it or reading about it. Good Luck!!

One man..One mission ! One chance for Veera to answer to the "Call from nature"...Oops that didnt come out right..Well you get the point. Veera has this voracious appetite for travel.We went on a trip to Washington DC and he relentlessly posed and took snaps at each and every tourist point giving away a related historical tidbit .He condensed a 2 day tour into a 5 hour show which at the end of the day was both exhausting and also kind of fun.I wish him the very best for this event

Hiking, camping, has never been a hobby for Veera. The passion with which he pursues these activities makes me feel that this is his primary job and his sole purpose of living. It was difficult in begining to understand the priority he gives to outdoor activities but that's the way of life he has chosen. While we would be enjoying the local beer, Veera would be busy spotting the chipmunks. Cycling across Himalayas, Everest base camp, hiking in Alaska, temple tour in Cambodia - nothing that comes from Veera will ever surrpise me. He is the living Jungle boy - 'Mowgli' Prachi, you might mistake her for the girl next door, but by the time you would know her feats, you would be picking up your jaws from the floor. I could never have imagined a girl like her if I would not have met her. Whatever be the result of this competition, I am sure this pair would keep criss crossing the world terrain ( off the beaten track).
