Our Travelogue

Whenever we got the opportunity, we travelled and drove extensively, both in India and abroad and for us every trip became a memorable experience. Our longest trip was in UK where we had started from Norwich and went all the way to Edinburgh covering a distance of about 3000 kms and touring places like York, Edinburgh, Ben Nevis, Fort William, Glasgow, Lake District. Besides, we went on a lot of short drives like London, Great Yarmouth, Ely, Cambridge and other places. The best part and excitement for us was that every time we could hire different cars that are available without drivers and we could drive even at the speed of 170-180 kmph (thanks to good roads and disciplined driving). In Nepal we visited Kathmandu, Mankamna (longest ropeway of Asia) Pokhra, Nagarkot, Chitwan. It was our honeymoon trip and we went to Sarangkot point (1592 M) by bike to see sunrise. In India, we drove from Guwahati to different places like Tawang (Arunachal Pradesh via Bomdila, Tipi, Bhalukpung); Silchar (via Shillong, Jowai, Sonapur); Kaziranga – Tezpur – Majuli; Cherrapunjee.
