Too bad for me that you dropped Delhi from the plan.
Anyways, good luck.

Please do catch some closeup shots of Taj Mahal if you can.
There is a sadar bazar in Agra worth visiting.

The route from Delhi to Agra has a lot of ‘chhatris’ from the Mogul period… hopefully your route to Agra will also have a lot of history interspersed.

Hope you’ll be able to click a few strikingly contrasting pictures where the old and the new get together for your blog.

i was very shocked to see that some of the pictures uploaded by joseph and namrata can be found on generic photo sites or google searches..

i wonder if the photos/blog posts done by this couple are genuine and not fake. These guys have reached the final three out a so many hundreds,  hence need to demonstrate some maturity. A win procured at any cost is nothing but a fake victory

I have been a follower from the start and was unhappy with the choice of them being in the final 3 as a “popular choice”, but i guess i am no judge. The other two couples, especially radhika raj and bharath are doing a wonderful job and i support them whole heartedly.

again i am no judge, but may the best couple win. i will be happy to see radhika and bharath or bindu and unni win

Agra is beautiful.. dont miss the Agra fort.. personal opinion is that its better than the taj mahal.

ooh.. and do get video clips of tourist guides attempting to talk in french at the taj.. (though its flattering to think they thought i looked french! )

will you go to fatehpur sikri too?

@deepti

these are just my personal opinions. nothing against the couple, since i dont know them, i have no reason to say anything good for or bad against them. just found it outrageous to find very very similar pics online.

i have my own personal preference on who should win, but if joseph and namrata can convince the audience and judges that they are most deserving in an honest fashion, then my best wishes to them.

and yes of course..about maturity.. i guess some feathers do get ruffled when somebody makes a few skeletons public knowledge. so i dont blame you really.

that’s a good ORIGINAL photo of the dip and turn in the road as you are exiting Jaipur onto the Jaipur-Dausa-Agra highway. Martin a good try at throwing a red herring, I am sure that the TGDC organisers have noted your grouse and animus, you unfortunately, cleanly forgot that TGDC have a vehicle following each team and giving them independent feedback. The case rests.

@martin: smile) you’re funny.

“skeletons”, “honest”, “genuine”, “fake”.
smile) stop, really. these are not TV actors. they’re real people. don’t level allegations you can’t back up smile

Forts and roads all look alike, when you’re speeding past them on your way to your next pitstop. It’s the photos at the end of the day that you ought to be looking at, when they stop and collate everything and post the end-of-day summary. They don’t need your approval though. Radhika Raj is a good friend of theirs and knows the kind of work they do. I dont think she’d approve of you going after Joe and Nam smile

A quick request to anyone else from Team I/O’s followers who’s read martin’s stand-up comic routine: please don’t feed the troll. Please don’t respond to him any further. smile

Yes we need to be just fair with the contestants.
Let us cheer the teams for their efforts and risky journy they have undertaken.They are producing classical photos and real good narrations to many others who cannot afford to travel and look for themselves the beauty of India.

Good luck to all….harish

Well well i do seem to have gotten on the wrong side of many supporters here i see. And understandably so.

To start with neither are “joe and nam” my enemies nor are radhika and bharath or anyone else my friends. No one is known to me personally am im merely a spectator and i form my personal preferences of one over the other based on what i see them deliver .... or not deliver.

@ tarun
Since TGDC has “a vehicle following them”, do the members of that vehicle also peer into their camera to verify every picture taken by them, and sit over their shoulder when they upload them ? if thats the case then i stand corrected and offer my apologies. If not then…

@joshua
im not really looking for anyone’s approval to “go” after anyone as u mention. if i really had to “go” after someone it wouldnt be 7 days into a 10 day contest. i would have started from day 1. I merely expressed my shock over finding similar content online.
Though the one thing i really couldnt understand which you must explain is that what do “TV actors” vs “real people” have to do with this. Are you trying to say that TV actors are not real people ? Or that only they are worthy of an allegation ?

@harish
yes my friend i agree with you and i look forward to the finale of this great event smile

@all
I really apologize for being the dampener to this string of merry and frolic that im sure all have been going through over the past few days. This really has ballooned out of proportion i think against my intention. I would like to wish all three couples all the very best and if “joe and nam” deserve to win cause of their mettle, then i guess they will - irrespective of my findings and observations.
